Cleaning up member permissions

Over the next little while I'm going to be doing a little house-cleaning in regards to member categories and permissions. Some member categories are out of date now, (like the beta-mapper category). If this results in you losing access to forums you think you still should have access to (or you can suddenly see forums you don't want to see), please let me know.
