You Know The Dark Mod Is Getting To You When...

I frequently use the D3 flashlight to see objects/textures better when in the dark mod - it can get quite dark after all.

 

I tried to use the flashlight in a Thief 2 fan mission just now...

Also I was checking the accuracy of the lightgem in Thief 2....

I dont think thiefs light gem was perfect. I know on occasion the upperpart of my body should have been in light but the gem showed black.

yeah, particularly in fan missions where the ambient light isn't set up right, it can be very...temperamental.

Ah crap. I suppose we'll see Coca Cola signs hoisted up the side of Ngrughakk's Dark Tower of Doom pretty soon. We're already paying through the nose to play the game, without a bunch of immersion breaking promotions sordidly gyrating in front of us. And how dare they use the humble panda, almost wiped out by man for their own capitalist gain, to whore their evil projects.

 

The mere demand for this system shows plainly that most MMORPG players have no girlfriends. When I'm hungry I just ring a small bell next to my PC and my female slave brings me snacks and similar foodstuffs.

 

I joined a WoW guild yesterday, and the guild leader said the most amusing thing: "We don't accept time wasters here!" LOL. There goes your entire guild, mate.

Btw I'm pretty sure the Pandaren Express thing is a joke, because the actual name of the restaurant is Panda Express (They suck btw. I like Chinese food but I hate panda express, always feel sick after eating there ). You guys probably all knew it was a joke already, but just in case, captain obvious to the rescue!!

Heh, thats funny - my brother found himself rakeing the mouse downwards in an effort to drag the cursor down to the off button on the tower of the computer, which was sitting on the floor. He did it twice before he realised what he was trying to do.

 

I daresay if the cursor moved out of the monitor and down to the computer he wouldn't have noticed anything amiss for at least a few seconds.

 

Sometimes you just get into one of those zones...
