If you just copied a photo, then it's fairly good. If you created it completely by yourself, then it's excellent.

Quality of the photos isn't better so I cant really make these drawings more detailed

The proprotions of the second image is wrong. The feet are IMO to small and thin. Apart form that, it looks really good! Currently I can do architecture from a template (sufficiently good), but I never managed to get organics right so far.

Actually the left foot is good and the right one a bit to thick at the ankle and heel

Are you sure? The left foot (from viewers angle) looks rather thin to me. The other one looks better, but then it feels to short.

 

Edit: I just had a heated discussion with my wife. I think the first guy looks really great and the second looks somehow wrong to me, because of the feet. She says that the second guy looks much better and the first on doesn't look so good. Specifically the nose is not so well defined. Since she can draw much better then I, I guess she is right. Even though I can stare at the second guy as long as I want and it still looks wrong to me.

 

But nevertheless. Don't let you distract from this. It still is a great drawing and I wish I would be able to do it half as good.

Your wife is right about the first one, the mouth is a bit to low, that is why that one looks a bit out of proportion

 

And the feet are really that way, I double checked it before drawing them
