G`day Guys Hoping someone will know about my problem I`m thinking it`s common so here goes. Long time since I played TDM but today I`m in the mood so I start the update to ensure all is well when I get this message (Error: Could not open ZIP file: X:\Doom3\TDM\Darkmod\fms\Training_mission.pk4)? Anyone Know What`s going on. PS. it`s version 1.07 of TDM. Hope I don't have to download the latest as I`m bandwidth restricted but if I must... Disregard this post. I extracted the original 1.07 .zip file to see if it would update and it is now, some 800+ MB oh well. Must have been a corrupt file somewhere in the Darkmod folder, anyway to all the modders and contributors cheers:)

Also you should really download version 1.08 when you get enough bandwidth, you could always do it down an internet cafe on to a usb stick..?

Thanks Bikerdude

It is now version 1.08 and I have been playing for the last hour or so, Playing Crystal Grave v2.0. Very coool mission.

Did notice one anomaly though was in the interior garden court yard area where there is a tree, got stuck behind it and the wall when I fell off the top of the little shed thingy with the steel roof. Lucky I saved on the roof:)PS. Love all your work with Thief TMA just awesome.

Awesome Looking forward to the release. As I understand it the TDM2.0 release will be stand alone meaning one will not require Doom3 .pk4 files or a Doom 3 Install? Wondering how big a download it would be? Care to hazard a rough guess.

The standalone build will not require D3 at all.

The size hasn't been determined yet, but it will certainly not be "TDM" + "D3" size, because TDM only used very little assets from D3, and a lot of them where just definitions, which are just small textfiles that compress easily.

The size will be at least 2.2 Gbyte (that was the v1.8 size), but probably on the order of 2.5 .. 3 Gbyte (there are a few new textures and audio files, which are the biggest things).
