To be honest, removing the "unlock on open" feature sounds like better idea. If it is possible to create custom scripts which make doors openable with it enabled but not openable with it disabled, then it is the only way to go.1 point

There's a bigger issue, MirceaKitsune is currently stuck and needs help completing his dragon. I don't have the skills to help him so I keep hoping that someone here will step in and help him...1 point

Okay, so I found another issue which may be connected to 2.08 or some specific missions: Sometimes for notes a font is used that is very pixelated and barely readable. See this example from Shadows of Northdale Act II:
