  1. Yes! Plugging the leaks fixed the issues on all maps! I knew I was missing something simple. I just wasn't sure how to approach the problem since the issues seemed extremely random to me. Thank you!

  3. Here is a revised EFX reverb file:kiss.efx Since Baal already expressed that he wasn't happy with the current setup, this may be added as a replacement depending on feedback. Just add it to /darkmod/fms/talbot/efxs/ ( you'll need to create the efxs folder )

  5. Absolutely cool, I fully agree with you, but I would add Led Zeppelin to your list! Thank you for sharing, I will try to get all their CDs! I am asshamed that I missed this band till now. I even knew a song from them that has been used in the first season of True Detective, but I did not investigate the band name. Clicking on the first track you have posted, I immediately recognized the voice and then was able to verify my assumption:

  6. Is there a good reason that old compilation files (.cm, .proc, .aas*) are not automatically deleted first thing by dmap?

  7. I most certainly will not be giving up on Venice. I've put too much time in it to give up.

  8. Sorry if I came across as snarky. I do not take any pleasure in the fact that you've lost work. It just seems so incomprehensible to me that people spend so much time working on something which is important to them, but not take basic precautions to protect their work against data loss, which is so easy to do. It's not like you need a professional automated tape backup system; just copying each day's work onto a thumb drive at the end of the day (or into a Dropbox folder) would be better than nothing. I certainly wouldn't physically kick a homeless person, but if the reason they were homeless is that they willingly spent all of their money on game consoles and SUVs and didn't pay their mortgage, I would be far less sympathetic than if they lost their home due to reasons entirely outside their control.

  13. I fixed the EFX reverb. Just needed to combine all the efx defs into 1 kiss.efx file. It should now appear as an update in the Downloads menu.
