This is very unfinished work in progress. It's coming along nicely though. There are 5 ways in and out of this room.

If it works properly and you find a way to describe it easily this could maybe be added somewhere in the wiki. I find that quiet good for adding new looks to the over and over used existing ones without having an additional software tool

Thanks for all the development that’s gone into DR! Not sure how feasible it is but one thing I have found a little finicky is rotating meshes to a specific orientation when you need to do it across multiple axis using the the rotate tool. Not sure if this is the correct way to explain it but would it be possible to allow the rotate tool to toggle between rotating an object relative to the world axes and relative to the object itself?

Got something better: "blend filter" seems to do what I want, changing the color of the texture without erasing brightness information. Only downsides are that it darkens the output more than it should, whereas black covers everything so it will likely need an alpha channel. There must be a better way... for now though gives me the exact feel I desire and for which I wanted this feature

Please not... I absolutely detest that. It's not realistic either. You focus your eyes on things, not the environment, or some kind of optic lense in front of your eye, which does it automatically. In every game which has that, it simply doesn't work for me. The focus is wrong, and the effect is usually completely exaggerated as well.

FWIIW: I've uploaded darkradiant 3.4.0 to bullseye-backports, so you can now install it from there.
