If you are playing version 3, it is possible that when you encounter the survivor (whose announcements you have been hearing) you may find some explosives are within your reach and are frobbable. DO NOT TAKE THEM. You will be given them automatically later during your dialogue with the survivor. If you take then by frobbing them you will probably find that you end up with 2 sets of explosives and that the explosives do not work later, which means you will not be able to finish the mission. The author intends to make it impossible to frob the explosives in the next version.

  7. It is unintended consequence. TDM had gamma = 1.2 by default, so all the menus were brighter when they should. The game was also more prone to color banding of near-black colors in cinematics. Now there is no postprocessing, the game should display the images and videos as they were made.

I did do a quick search for this but wasn’t able to find anyone asking the question - @stgatilovDoes the engine have any code to allow NPC's to climb up and down ladders..? if not how hard would it be to implement? @ArcturusI assume the climbing animation and then blend blending animations would be doable? And on a related note, what is the steepest incline/stairs NPC's can currently pathfind up/down..?

  10. P.s. @Klatremus : hold crouch --- toggle crouch ??? (i only see "X" to use - ? ) Maybe my problem is related to this ?? Getting the crouch position while climbing it seems to me that since 2.11 climbing works different ! i can´t switch anymore from stand position to crouch position while climbing !? i replay HazardPay at the moment and in 2.10 it´s been possible to change position on a rope or net now i can still stay in crouch pose when entering the rope/net in this Position - (but you jump onto mostly. so you will be in stand pose) but not get to it anymore when i stand up - than one slides down and fall when the end is reached normally that´s no problem - but if you want to grab something laying on the ground - it was mostly possible to grab it in crouch pose now one has to go so deep - one gets standing on the ground - so you can not grab it from hanging on the rope ! was there a reason to change this ( or is it just something in "settings" ? )

  11. If you don't want to use my patch just to get this, PM me and I can explain what file you need. Also it would be very easy to make all player tools droppable as well, but I don't really see any sense in that!

  12. Right, right, I know that its "up to the author", my only bone to pick is that the default is that it's not droppable. In other words, every time the author really has no opinion or forgot about it, I have these cursed undroppable keys, and it's in a high number of the missions as a result of being the default. My only contention is, it's better off droppable by default. And since wesp5 got on making it a reality, my business is done here!
