  1. beta214-07 is available. I'd also consider it a release candidate, since beta testing has been going for quite some time. The biggest and the saddest change is the reversal of frob refactoring and slow door control. Unfortunately, it has not reached the quality level expected, and the author @STiFU has sudden real-life problems and can't magically fix everything at the very last moment. So please make sure to test frobbing, because who knows how I could mess up while removing this.

  2. @func_klaus I've added a couple more issues to the bug tracker if you're still keen: https://bugs.thedarkmod.com/view.php?id=6694 https://bugs.thedarkmod.com/view.php?id=6693

  3. For regular stuff most of them would do fine mostly just a question of how easy the interface is for new users. personally zorin os is quite good for people who come from the windows world due to how the interface is setup. for gaming bazzite, bleading edge os based on the fedora and steam os. plays better with ROG Ally than windows. for development any of them would do but beware of different package managers if you intend on making packages for use on the other distros. arch is a good bet if you want the latest and greatest otherwise fedora because it supports most anything out there. so in retrospect the best allrounder is probably fedora hence why i guess linus swears on it .

  5. Hi guys, I just want to report two kind of bugs... if this already known then just ignore this message. I was trying beta-6 with two older missions, Sotha's Ulysses Genesis and Grayman's WS2:Home Again. In both missions seldom and randomly doors and footlockers opened in slow motion. After retrying, their function was normal. In Home Again there happened another strange thing - see video: https://filebin.net/176u65hyvwae9rtr

  8. @revelator From your posting history in this thread, I take it you still use hardware with Windows in all historic variations? Apart from your beloved Solus , which distros would you recommend for people only doing regular stuff (email, banking, photos) when using the PC? Which distros would you recommend for gaming/Dark Mod mapping?

  9. This appears to be fixed with version 3.9.0_rev684f00 x64. I will try and do some more testing of the other trackers over the weekend.

" and a bit more in Daevid Allen RadioGnome style a link to the full RadioGnom-triologie on YT and the best version of a most loved song : Candy Dulfer --- Lily Was Here sorry if it's too much in one post ---I am sure that you will at least love the last one

  11. Mission 2 is getting closer. Just added some moon beams to the church window. They are actually parallel - the camera perspective makes them look fanned out.
