Agree, also not happy with the US policy and I'm aware that M$ can change it's policy respect the user in any moment. But until now they have to fullfit the EU policy and forced they do (I checked it). I'm also aware that they add o remove features and the UI is not much customizable, ugly and crappy, but I fixed all this, also the default UIXº, all functions and apps I use are FOSS, mostly European and not from M$ (except the Vivaldi browser (Norway) which isn't full OpenSource), I monitor and block all unwanted traffic with Portmaster (mandatory in the todays web, also for Linux). As said, for me at the moment valid, if in the future M$ becomes more crappy, it's still time to switch to Linux. Google is a way bigger risk and needed to search alternatives, eg. GDrive, often used by the TDM members, European alternatives are eg. Murena (France) or kDrive (Germany, 15 GB free), maybe also Filen cloud storage (Germany, 10 GB free).
