  1. Just played it. I love this FM, as I did all Sotha FMs I've played. Fantastic job! I think it's most hard FM as for me. One small issue. The font choosen for wife's diary is VERY hard to read. Despite of it, I've ton of fun. So, now I have second part of it.
  2. Just finished The Transaction mission. It seems that it's my favourite mission at all by now. Sotha, thanks a lot for your work! So much fun! I LOVE street missions. This is my weakness. But there are plot twists also... And I've complete it without killing anyone, so I've spend some time to hiding in shadows from guards... I love almost all your missions. Mandrasola -- mmmm... very nice. Still haven't found all mandrasolas, but I hope I'll found them all some day... The Beleaguered Fence -- VERY GOOD! Thanks a lot again. Sorry for bad english!

  5. Still having troubles with no dynamic lights and black squares instead of some particles. I've write about it here (http://forums.thedarkmod.com/topic/14199-solved-more-108-weird-behaviour-crashes-graph-problems-gnulinux/page__p__298356#entry298356) but the solution I've get is not acceptable now. So, I try to run "Old Habbits" mission. It runs without lights, crashes with segfault after exit. In console:
  6. I'm using proprietary driver nvidia. But there is strange problem with it. I've read somewhere that in Debian you have to run programs with LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib32/libGL.so prefix. I'm not quite sure what it does, but seems it works. May be after updating driver/ia32/something else it'll be no longer needed, but now without it TDM crashes. Long story short. I've update TDM again. Now I can run it with LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib32/libGL.so thedarkmod.x86 Thanks!
  7. I've run in TDM on this computer before (I've used to use Fedora Core). But now, after switching to Debian I just can't run TDM...
  8. oh! sh... I mean tdmlauncher.linux There is no tdmlauncher.linux!
  9. TDM 1.08. clean system debian amd64. I've download tdm_update.linux as it says, launch it. All downloads good. run it once more just to make sure that there are no updates still. I have complete 2.2Gb of it. Try to run the game. BANG! there is NO tdm_update.linux file anywhere!
  10. I'm sorry. May be I'm not exactly have described my problem. I have doom3 installed in ~/.doom3 folder. (so, all pak00*.pk4 in ~/.doom3/base folder). I've play well in this configuration in tdm 1.07. but after i've upgrade it to 1.08 I have encounter problems, which I've describe above. Beside upgrade 1.07 to 1.08 I didn't change ANYTHING. So, I just don't know what I have to do now. moderators! could you be so kind just to move my messages into thread http://forums.thedarkmod.com/topic/14207-some-tdm-108-issues-linux-64bit/ it suits more to this. thanks.
  11. 1.07 works very well for me. But with 1.08 I have some problems. 1. no dynamic light. 2. blood spills looks like black squares. more than this, some items on model of man looks deep black. 3. Can't load Lockdown level. it says ERROR:Joint 'Shoulders' not found for 'head_joint' on 'atdm_ai_undead_zombie_alt01_1' I play is on 1.07 and all run so well... Oh. I have Fedora Core 14, x86_64.
