Just finished Witcher 3. 212h 33min, level 35, 63% of achievements on GOG. Now on to the expansion...

It is big. However, I played rather slowly. I really liked it, I think it's the best part in the series. It combines best elements from previous games.

Yeah it's really good.
I was so glad that by purchasing the previous games on Steam you can also activate a back-up copy on GOG Galaxy.
