Been there and done that. There's probably a real "market" as such, for simple room prefabs, like 2-3 room prefabs for buildings of various types, like for inns for example, that could really cut down on time expenditure on the basics. Place prefab, retexture to suit location, move on.

Wouldn't that run the risk of having lots of FMs looking almost identical? It's not that difficult to come up with something unique. If you lack ideas then use Google images for inspiration. It's a mappers best friend. Well, it's certainly been mine.
