  1. OH, i forgot to write my comment here O.O . Sorry. I really enjoyed this map, it was nice hard and good to play, even the playtime was enjoyable. I have found no bugs. Overall 5 * out of 5
  2. Hi, could someone help me correct my readables? They are basicly finished but need correction because i am still doing hard with writing english. If you have time and the mood please sign here or pm me. After that is finished i need 2 beta testers, again pm or tell me here if you are interested. thanks sono
  3. non-existant xdata declaration num_pages not defined On my map that showed up when the readable in DR is not exactly called like in the XD files. example: in the xd file the readable is called - note_of_one_guy and the xdata_contents is set to - note_ofOne_guy or something like that. But if you have checked that, i dont know what could be wrong edit: but i only started working with readables yesterday so i am not very good with these yet
  4. that would be interesting, i may test it. Maybe you can set something on the AI? Well i may try with triggers too, something like absence markers... hmm
  5. its a special slider, or... well its not a door entety. does not really matter, i will just move a path corner a bit so that its not too obvious.
  6. you could try with teams , setup like: "dont kill anyone of team 2 AND 3" in the objectives editor and name it for the player: "dont kill anyone" and set the one you have to kill a different team. i hope that was understandable^^
  7. i had that one time too, found it in the console, try dmap and when the "LEAKED" shows up scroll upward, you should find something like "leak found at entety XXX" maybe you can find it that way
  8. I have a door and a slider-door that "shouldBeClosed", somehow it works on the door but not on the slider.
  9. ok, the locationseparators are not working for global speakers, i better go with to loud or to silent ambients :-)
  10. Thanks demagogue, so if i set normal speakers, do i have to set them global? Are the location separators still working? The problem has (maybe) something to do with the settings in the options, i had some bugs here and there like setting the ambient volume down, reloaded and the sound juped back to max but if i move the ambiant soundbar only a bit it goes back to what i have set.
  11. ok, one last question (i think), i have set up everything for ambiant sound and chosen the files but putting in "volume" or "s_volume" does not seem to have any effect, somtimes the sound is overlapping too when i do that. Wiki could not tell me anything i can understand on that matter ;-)Can anyone tell me what to do?

  13. I think he meant, what is the texture on the floor called. like darkmod/wood/boards/something edit: ah and the metal thing on models/darkmod/architecture/doors/door96x48_2hinge.lwo looks inverted too
  14. Yeah i cant decide how to vote. Its escpecially about the "Looks". Like the option how it looks, if you compair it to Nielsen74s map, the outsides are the only thing that looks really "Excellent" for me (textures and such) on the outer side for 2 weeks it looks very good. If i vote here on Excellent isnt it unfair for nielsen because he made near all textures fitting and had a lot of extras, OR if i vote here on Tolerable isnt it unfair for Xonze because i dont think of the time its been made....?
  15. can anyone tell me what "game error - l>= max_reach_per_area" means and what to do? Starting the map in dr works, i can dmap but i cant start the map in DM edit: oh its working O.O, it has something to do with monsterclips and trees
  16. Sorry but i cant vote here, it was really nice to play but i just dont know how to vote. For a two weeks work its awesome but you cant compair it to, like Nielsen74s map what is normal because of the time so.... sorry
  17. Congratulations, nice little mission. I had little problems with a guy who got stuck at a chair other than that only little things. I really enjoyed it, loved the edit: marry chrismas to you too
  18. This contest should not show what is the maximum what you can do, i am sure my map cant win on any contest but i think its fun and i will release it soon...

  20. is that windows 7? what version of dark radiant are you using? did you install DR and after that a new version?
  21. that looks like you have pushed on "Hollow" and then on "make room"
