Things have been so bad these days for me...
Just a year ago, I've been feeling dizzy, I thought it was nothing, today's stress, that type of thing, went to sleep...Still dizzy! 9 more days dizzy, went to doctor (I would have gone on the first day if NOT for the long appointment time)
Said it may be Neck Dizziness...I did exercises for 6 months, no changes.
Went to a Physical Therapist, went to another, no changes.
I've asked my doctor for a full check this time.
I hated yesteryear so much due to personal reasons, this year might be the same.
To be brutally honest, I'd rather have cancer or/and chronic pain than suffer dizziness any second longer, especially when nothing helps.
Hard to enjoy Thief when you're dizzy so I was hoping this year, Winter will be best for me.

The dizziness might be coming from your trapezius muscle. Train your chest muscles; they pull the shoulders forward, whereas the trapezius pulls them back. Pay attention to your head posture. I had this problem for 20 years, and training made it go away.

Jesus, 20 years?! I can barely live with dizziness in just a year. Do you have any good videos about it? I'm willing to do the exercises, because all the others I tried for the neck just didn't work.
And JackFarmer, it's not known yet, in just 2 days I'll have the radiography results, finally, the doctor thinks it's likely my problem is related to the neck and not the ear or anything else, I've noticed that my headaches stopped by taking an anti-anxiety pill but the dizziness is still there, just not as annoying.
Aaaand they still have to call me for an appointment with the Ear Doctor, hooray! Bureaucracy at its finest, seriously. -
@The Black Arrow I really hope that you will get better asap!
