I installed Doom 3 in the following folder, C:\Games\Doom3 I install the patch, and the game seems to run fine. I then install the Updater into the following folder, C:\Games\Doom3\darkmod When I start the updater up, it thinks for a moment before flashing an error message. I tried to take a screenshot of the message to show you guys, but it simply moves too fast. I made out the first word as Can't, but other than that, it simply was too fast to make heads or tales of. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and started the whole process over from scratch several times to try and make it work, but I get the same result every time. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there something evident that I'm missing? Thanks in advance.
