If that's in a laptop, maybe it needs better cooling. Especially if it's a thin and light.
Seems like the E-cores are doing their job of increasing multi-thread performance and spreading the heat. Although if I'm not mistaken, there's an efficiency curve where P-cores are more efficient than E-cores above a certain frequency. Check out this article:
