1. Almost finished (I guess) and enjoyed the Mission very much (although I died some times due to experimental jumping - that way I learned that the FLOOR IS LAVA! and must not be touched). I actually did not realize the RIT-random-pathing-thing until I read about it here. In game I just wondered why I had to wait so long for an AI to come around... it felt better though, so this is the future! Since it was mentioned: I fully approve that you can buy everything in the shop, although you will not need everything. Feels more realistic to me. I will always trust the mapper to provide a minimum of essential arrows and flasks in game... and if not... a restart is always possible. I didn't like the KO-limit, but that's only because I like clubbing. In short: very good mission and will be re-played for sure!
2. Wow, I wasn't playing TDM now for quite a while and the first FM to start over again was this little gem. I enjoyed it from start to finish. In my opinion this is another brilliant FM from you. Thank you, Sotha!
3. Nice Mission, thank you for that. Only one thing: more readables! That's all.
4. Yes, nice mission. I liked the masks of the people. And of course the surprise entrance! Then, just repeating myself, I don't like zombies, especially not in masses. They are annoying (IMHO, of course). But, after playing the mission, the only thing to complain for me is: Why are spiders and zombies persons (I'm referring to the "kill no one" objective)? Dammit, zombies are already dead! So technically you can't kill them... *grumble*
5. Wow, there are some interesting replies, so thanks to you all for that so far. Of course, I didn't want to offend anyone, so my apologies if you did feel offended. And this goes especially to Springheel and Trickster: If you think that I am a sissy so be it. I will not count FM's to 'prove' what I feel. I was just expressing my humble opinion, so there's no need to explain myself. If you do not agree and if you are not willing to take my point then you don't have to. I fully respect that. No problem. As I said before: I could be wrong on that.
6. I noticed lately that Fan Missions for The Dark Mod are sometimes extremely violent. Doom3 and in consequence The Dark Mod should be played by adult persons only (18+), therefore one can expect that some FMs show adult material. In fact extreme violence (gallons of blood, decapitation, body parts, etc.) was chosen quite often to tell the story. In my perception there is also a clear tendency for authors to show even more gruesome scenes in new missions. But I may be wrong on that. The Thief-Games are the inspiration of The Dark Mod. And the Thief-Universe did well without showing outright bloodbaths. In fact that was part of its grace. And I think that extreme violence is somehow destroying what we all loved in Thief. Speaking of 'adult material': It is interesting that there is solely violence shown. Sex is absolutely no issue for authors, although one could expect that a thief would run into a secret love affair sooner or later while searching the city at nighttime. Don't get me wrong: I am not crying for more naked women and less brutality, but I got the impression lately that the universe of the The Dark Mod is a bloodthirsty one. And I am wondering why that is. Or in other words: In The Dark Mod we could have anything. Why do we choose brutality?
7. Played it now for the first time. I had a hard time to figure out what to do, but all in all it's a good mission for a first FM. I think you wanted too much, or wanted to try one thing too much. Anyway... keep up the good work. I liked the woods' scene the most. That was cool. I am really looking forward to your next mission.
8. I installed the mission today and tried it on all difficulty levels. Sorry, Fieldmedic, but I am always murdered, when I try to enter the house. There's just no place to hide! I appreciate that some folks could even finish the mission, but I cannot even start it properly. Frustrated after 1 hour of trying, I'm giving up. No 'Reaping' for me.

Edit: I gave it one more try and - hooray! - I found a way into the house _and_ a dark spot to hide in. Everything's fine and I even finished the mission, which was quite rewarding.
9. Finally finished it. Wow, this map is huge. A bit too big actually. Not only did I get lost some times, but also got bored from running along loooong corridors. That is why I think it's only tolerable on that part. Still everything else is fine! There were some nice details in the rooms and I don't like the Undead. I really hoped to meet some courageous Builders somewhere in the mission to help me It would have fitted the story, I guess. But even without those, the story was great and coherent. So to sum it up: Great Job and Thank You!
10. You might want to search the cellar again. There is one room with some broken chairs. Go and clear the room out.
11. What a fine mission! Thank you! It is so rewarding to finish a mission without cheating (e.g. looking here for spoilers) AND finding all the secrets (which were secret enough, although I found 'em ). I most enjoyed the background information and the social interaction (if you know what I mean: The guards and servants were not just AI walking around - I like and dislike some of them - that's so cool!). Two Thumbs up!
12. Sure, but the difficulty SETTINGS were not the problem. My point was, that the ARCHITECTURE was too hard (e.g. I didn't recognize windows being frobbable, since they looked just like the other windows). It's not about the hard, medium, easy - menu.
13. Thank you very much, Bikerdude. It was a nice mission to see. However I have to admit that used noclip quite a lot, otherwise dumb me would not have been able to end this mission: BUT: the Architecture is great. Sometimes I just stopped a watched the walls and ceilings and streets. So beautiful! I will definitely play that mission again (without cheating, of course). But if you would take a hint from me: Please make missions for really dumb people (like me). It's much more rewarding to say "oh, that was a bit easy". Thank you!
14. Just my two cents: The Inventor's Guild is extremely underrepresented yet. So I would love to see the Mechanical Nirvana.
15. You might want to play 'The Heart of Lone Salvation'. Slow Matches are introduced there. ...Guinea Pig??
16. Now, after having played all contest Missions I did alter my vote slightly.
17. Hm, yes, very unique. But fun? Sorry. I got to the top eventually, with help of a 50+ quickloads (well, I didn't count them, but it was a lot!). How's that fun? I have more than enough bottles, but was standing on the top rather disappointed. I didn't get the crown then, and (shame on me!) noclipped there since I simply lost my nerve for more quickloads. That's why it was no fun and frustrating for me. Vertical use, of course was masterly and there's no doubt that this mission set standards for all other authors, but IMHO it's a showcase mission. So how could I be disappointed? 'Showcase' is simply not what I hoped for. And that is the only reason why I was disappointed in terms of gameplay and story.
18. Yeah, this Mission was fun. As many other already mentioned: great architecture, excellent detailing. And to make this short: this Mission is excellent and nothing I will say now, does change that.
19. Crazy idea: Everyone should be able to chose wether his/her vote is public or private. I'm not sure that "one fits all" is good here. Both possibilities have their downsides. So there will be no ideal standard voting.
20. Finished it - with help! It left me with some questions: Edit: corrected a typo.
21. Thank you Fieldmedic! I liked to hear about the background.Gives it all more... background. Ahem. Well, you know what I mean.
22. Wow, finally finished it. That was hard work, I say. I think I encountered some TDM-Moments: Hovering sleeping people, Undead standing on me (oh, PLEASE, give them a more attractive backside!!!) and guards got stuck with each other so they keep walking on the same spot for ever. This mission could be a winner.
23. I'm currently on the upper level where the cannons are... Did I just missed it or is there no blackjack in the whole mission?
24. Almost finished.. but: how do I get into the church?
25. Wiki: ...opening the console with Ctrl+Alt+~ (tilde - or ^ on German keyboards)...
