No there's nothing wrong with you, there are limits to how much violence a person can stomach in the name of entertainment, especially if it's being presented in a very visceral way. As for the show I've been avoiding it due to I guess the same reaction about how GoT turned out, but I've heard good things so maybe HBO wanted to take it seriously and not ruin the prequel. Then again, there are more seasons to go so hopefully they don't lose their way.

You don't like Game of Thrones? Oh boi, you don't know what you're missing.  Best series ever made. Well, can't argue about taste, I guess.

Walking Dead sucks ass compared. Well, the first season was fantastic, but, after that, it showed the typical symptoms of a Hollywood series gone too popular: Complete absence of ideas, only stretched to make more money. The whole concept is hopeless. They should rather make mini series' with a real story, and actually interesting themes. Oh, and that do-gooder shit they frantically have to put into Hollywood series' and movies doesn't have to be, but, well, that's probably wishful thinking that that will stop at some point. Damn Zeitgeist.
