Ever been playing a game, and the NPCs in a "public" level flip out and start attacking eachother, even when they're not supposed to? I saw that today and it was funny as hell. Oddly enough they still did not attack me.

TDM + Intel 965 mobile graphics = 3 FPS! I knew I wasn't going to get away with it...

There is a day in your life when you turn to the Internet for entertainment and you discover it has nothing whatsoever to offer. Scary.

I'm currently replaying thief3. What the hell, 50% of my reloads are caused by getting hanged up at the geometry Didn't had it that bad in memory.

So apparently the new Thief has "context-sensitive controls that mean you can only jump when the game says you can jump." what the hell?!

New Laptop + Win 8 + Login = Black Screen of Death. I hate Microsoft.

Anyone managed to complete Doom 3? I get as far as Hell and then I keep getting my ass handed to me. And this is on easy.

I see (by cautiously {no spoilers!} only looking at the 1st post) that "Not An Ordinary Guest" is going to need a 1.01; is this imminent or soontobe or tabled or whenitsdone or awaitingthextianapocolypse or, even further afuture, awaitingTDM2.0 ( )? Thanks.

The power supply on my monitor started arcing, and now my graphics card puts pretty red sparkles all over everything.

Don't you love it when hardware breaks the month after your warranty expires? A critical screw (to the backrest of a chair) literally snapped in half. I bet they do this on purpose...

I set up a local HTTP file server to quickly sling files to any device. I then try to download a .ogg file to my droid tablet from said server. It told me the file can't download because the content isn't supported by the device, even though it can play them just fine. Folks, don't implement anti-features. If the user tells the device to do something, do it! Whether the file is a jpeg, or a zip, or a txt, or ogg, save it!

A bottle of red wine and a playthrough of Cryptic Realms. Heall yeah! I just wish it wasn't so bright outside so I could light some candles.

I was about a foot away from having my foot crushed today by somebody backing up and not looking at the two people walking behind them... But on the bright side, I'm pretty sure they heard me call them an f---ing moron when I passed by their window.

A user has a machine that won't boot Windows anymore. I stick in a cheap thumb drive and up comes an accelerated 3d Desktop, with sound, networking, wifi, etc. User is amazed. They can even play their games on Facebook and watch Youtube. Everybody should have these in case of emergencies...
