There's still a couple of things I thought would have garnered a reaction that no one has commented on, probably nobody found them yet hehe.
Ah, like for example
Spoilerthe unfortunate baker (Larry?) sacrificed by cultists, waterworks workers forming a union and jealousy of Bernard due to his lady being fascinated by crime stories and sharing this new hobby with Willard and similar spices added to the mission to make the player feel to explore the living city?
Btw: in Bernard's diary he wrote about the lady but used two different names: Lucinda and Gloria, while to my understanding it was related to Lucinda only? Did you plan to make that story juicier or...?- 2

Bienie Chin up, you made a full-fat mission, so minor inconvenience might be just like that slave who kept the laurel wreath over the head of the triumphant (while staying behind him in his chariot during the celebration parade in Rome) and whispered: "remember, you are a human being!", to remind that too much of pride might insult the gods
You've got all reasons to celebrate your mission release!
As for Challenges,SpoilerI know now that the Detective Challenge can be completed even without reading that particular scroll in the bugged chest but not the Miser as I couldn't pick up the last piece of loot up. Oh, well, going to repeat the whole mission on expert. More taffin' = more happiness.

First and foremost: congratulations on another great mission release, Bienie!
I found it to have its own grey-dark atmosphere with lovely accents of humour and a particularly moving element.SpoilerThe slightly masochist thief-fan The masochist thief-fan. A priest-gambler and the punishment awaiting him. Oh and a rat with a cute scarf! Touching: the Grayman's and others' missions references as titles of books.
Side missions and especially Detective challenge* were well-seasoned parts of an adventure you invited the player to.
And creme de la creme: secrets.SpoilerNarnia!
Luv it.
Summing up: neatly tailored prologue to the CoS series and an interesting mission made by a pro. Bravo.
____________
*I found it almost by accident and as a few before me...Spoiler...I can frob neither the loot nor the readable from the chest next to the sleeping cultist. I play 2.09 version of Dark Mod.

Hello! Here's a bit of a hint for you.
You have to pick up the greenish-looking special potion in the secure lockup. Then make your way to the kitchen, now drop the potion on the table next to where Andrew is laying, close to him. If I'm not mistaken I think there is a health potion that spawns there, basically just take the health potion and replace it with the special one. If you already picked up the health potion, a trick you can do is to hold the special potion in front of you and move it around along the top of the table until the objective ticks off, then leave it there. Hope that solves it for you!
Ooo, Bienie, thank you very much for that hint! I couldn't complete this one last night when happilly replaying your mission. Now I know what to do, thank you!

Join the contest Mezla! The more the merrier.
Thank you for your kind words, but I'm 'too small' to compete and lost in the real world* recently, so...
I'm sure there will be lots of amazing missions created by the great minds of this community!*not 'nuff taffin' observed, rawr

joebarnin, thanks a lot! I've just finish the misssion from the beginning. And that was a pleasure, sir!
I'd like to add that
Spoilerthe switch-to-win mini play to find one more secret was one of my fav moments.
And similarly to one of the colleagues, I put the pagan artefact on the display, too.
I found notes of different items, pieces of loot for a player, but significant paillettes for in-game characters touching and amusing. Bravo!
I didn't find all of the loot though, so will replay gladly.
Please, create more fan missions!- 1

Congrats on creating such an interesting, complex mission in which one has to read all to proceed!
Unfortunately, I'm stuck in a point of no return now I entered the Eastward Storage - door on the right, next to the stone stairs in the city - went through the shaft with rusted flap doors, got out and landed on the roof. Went along it and...I'm in a place I can't go back from. You can see some nobles walking down the streets here and...Help?
All I can do now is to start the mission again. Not a big deal, so just to let you know.
It seems that I landed on the other side of the closed gate - on the other end of the street (Alred Street?) from the starting point. Screenshots where I am - below.

Seems like what's one's life project can light many lives, too! Congrats to all involved, I'm sure you put all of yourselves into this project.
I've just found this mission and...even after the intro and MAP - are you kiddin' me? An FM? It's a whole new game! WOW!
Thanks a lot, I feel like discovering the entire chocolate manufacture just for me My preciousss...- 1

It certainly sounds like you're getting down in the weeds of the twisting alleys! We should probably keep the commentary to the beta testing thread though, to avoid spoiling the fun for others
Ooops, apologies. I'll post the rest in the appropriate thread.

Welcome aboard! Sounds like you'll have have your work cut out for you with this mission. There's a lot of "obscure" content to discover!
Thank you Bienie! I'm taking notes, but I already find it hard to stay neutral because

Bienie and his missions (just yesterday I enjoyed delivering gifts while listening to Xmas carols in June ;-)), and a chance to beta test the newest one? No idea which god listened to my prayers, but this is the reality now! Please, count me in! If my habit of putting the nose and fingers in each and every corner of Thief missions can be useful, I would be more than happy to help. In practical meaning: I usually love to touch every wall, always read ALL narratives, take my time while listening to music and admiring paintings and patterns while sneaking through locations and so on. And now to have the chance to...ah, please, can I have the beta link, too?
Edit: ok, found the link on beta forum.- 1

Congrats on your first mission - hats off! I'm just a humble admirer of the art & skills of people who construct (sculpt even!) FMs and let me say: I had a lot of fun with hidden loot in your mission. Being a devoted thief love nosing around. <my preciousss>
And the atmosphere of the mission has been created very well - cosy house with the shinies on display anda hidden bar "to let the highborn get hammered as peasants do"
I also chuckled while reading aboutremodelling the statue to portray the nose of the wannabe blueblood one accordingly.
Please, do create more!
Thank you for this experience!
