    There are four book cases in Cordling's bedroom, with colours indicated by lights shining on them. If the illumination is too subtle, look at the tops of the pillars on either side. Red, green, blue, and yellow.

    Each bookcase has two frobbable books on it, one higher up than the other.

    The medical log in the surgery contains the combination: RgBybrYG

    Upper case means the top book, lower case means the bottom book for each colour. Thus, frob the top book on the red shelf, then the lower book on the green shelf and so on, in that order.

     

    The way the letters were arranged in the book I would not have guessed that was the sequence in a million years...LOL.

    Ha! It was clever how you placed Tobin's room where it was easy to overlook it.

    I have been going up those stairs several times before and never bothered to look up to see that opening. But how does Tobin get inside his room since there are no doors ? Does he also have to climb in through that window like a thief in the night ? Also found a key in Tobin's room. Is that the "skeleton key " you mentioned ?

    Thanks for the tip. I did not know that the bracelet could be dunked in the basin of holy water. I was wondering why I still could not KO the mage and his three guards after I removed the bracelet from the mage. With them out of the way I could search for all the loot without problems except for the helmeted guard in the flooded generator area.

    It's strange that you see none of the things I mentioned at that location. The bow/weapons for example are along the wall at the assassin's bed and the empty page is right next to all that.

    If you attach a savegame and say what version of TDM and the FM you're on I could look at what's going on there.

    Using Dark Mod version 2.09 , Painter's Wife version 1.1 The savegame file is over 8000kb so cannot attach that but I will try to send screen capture.

    Or KO her and leave a warning note next to her bed by frobbing the blank sheet that's lying there.

    You can also leave a note without KOing, just after taking away the gear. The text is different depending on what you do.

    I did not see any upper floor where the weapons could be stored nor did I see the other items on the kitchen table. There was also no blank sheet I could frob next to the bed. What difficulty setting are you playing on ? Mine is on the maximum difficulty setting.
