Anyone have an idea how to address the regression in 4754?

As I have been getting a few requests for vocals recently I just wanted to inform everyone that I am no longer doing vocals for any project regardless of whether it's related to thief/tdm. I plan on fulfilling my old agreements but after they're done then that's it from me.

A decade and TDM has aged not a day. I am LOVING the missions made by the epic makers.

I am now an official member of the Tinitus club, and It sucks. I have trouble sleeping on that side, because I hear faint "ringing" in the ear. Lower the volume before this happens to you too.

There's been an addendum to a contract that says I can't spend time messing with DR and TDM until RoW release on another project, as "it's distracting me". So... Thanks for all the fun and games, but it's important to keep this as I need it on my CV. (fku pariah, you grass).

Why wasn't Hillary procesuted for SEC violations? Peter Strzok's wife was promoted to Director of SEC Enforcement

Found a funny TDM bug that's also in 2.05. Equip a weapon, hold down attack, press escape to bring up the menu while continuing to hold attack, and then escape again to leave the menu while still holding attack. Now, walk around and you have become separated from the weapon! You can walk all around it and in front of it. Sadly, you can't hit yourself. When you let go of attack, the weapon fires from where you are, not where it is.

Built a Ryzen system. Got segfaults, so exchanged CPU. Segfaults are solved, except for in cases of crap software that segfaults on any machine. But before, I also experienced very rare crashes followed by hardware errors during next boot. Naturally I thought that the new CPU would solve this too. I found out this morning that I was wrong.

Time to prank Duzenko. Let's see if we can sneak GL_POLYGON_SMOOTH into the renderer somewhere...

Converted a transparant image to dds, but got a yellow-shade. Howto convert? any pointers?

I can't compile SVN sources. Again I think it might be Microsoft's fault...

Could somebody take a look at tdm-downloadmirror yourvserver.net? its down, and the updater chooses this mirror always first. But If you wait some seconds, the updater chooses another mirror. But the updater stucks at updating and this is very annoying.

Updated all TDM'S installation instructions on our wiki

Is there a way to encrypt pk4s? Because it would be a really great option if they could be.

Okay, wasn't trying to hurt anyone's feeling, just pointing out the reality of this project in particular and how it works.
Regardless of how other projects work, whether it's other indie projects or UT/Epic etc, The Dark Mod (which includes everything that comes with the mod, and anything added later) is under CC.
Maintaining control over something you've given to TDM is not how it works.
Not sure what Epifire is needing in particular as he...

This mod is open source, Creative Commons. Anything created for it is no longer yours, it is then in public domain for ANYONE to use as they see fit.
You have to understand this BEFORE you make and release something for the MOD.
If you cannot live with this then don't create anything.
If you make a clock tower I can then use it to make clock tower chess boards, and you don't like it, then it's too bad.
