I had an odd bug last year for 6 weeks. Get some broad spectrum antibiotics or a Z-pack and wipe that shit out. It sucks to feel under the weather. Get well.

I went through hell to get the mouse working. Turns out that any Icon\Text scaling will make it unplayable. Must have all destop attributes at native defaults. My eyes are not happy reading the tiny text and I don't want to lower my desktop resolution and have a blurry mess. Oh well. I can play now.

There has been a definite increase since news of Thief4 hit.

 

This wasn't wifi. The ipod plugged directly into the stereo with a dock. Before the ios update, it worked fine. Now it won't. Some progress.

 

Ahh, My brother has an Iphone and Apple TV. He can wirelessly send the video and audio from the phone/pad to the TV and even the video is fast and smooth. After using stuff like VNC which isn't even smooth on a ethernet LAN, this was fairly impressive.

There is a way to backdate, but its difficult at best from what I have heard.

From other side my cat had serious kidney dysfunction and needed drip every few days -but against veterinarian's prognosis my cat had recovered. So it can be hard to decide when to give up.

At least you were there to let her know that it was time for her to move on...I've been in the same position. Not one I like to revisit often. I did however make audio recordings of the animal while she was still alive so she lives on digitally forever.

Anyway, it's ironic how Dishonored seems to be the real deal now, and Thi4f the cheap knockoff.

I'm finding that I _really_ dislike the aesthetic of Dishonored. Don't like the character models at all, and I don't find the combo of old and new technology visually pleasing either.

 

I ended up mostly really liking DH's visuals - parts of the game have an almost majestic desolate beauty. What finally killed it for me was (i) dull characters & story, and (ii) its overwhelming grimness. A Low Chaos game was unpleasant; I edged into High Chaos and (for me) it just became revolting.
