    I've done something to my right shoulder that means I can't move my arm more than an inch from my body :( Can't use a mouse, can't play TDM, can't type well lerft-handed. I can debug stuff left-handed, but so slowly! Hope these heat packs and creams and pills do some good soon!

    Status report on WIP (Ulysses2): briefing video is ready, but not in mission yet. Locked doors yesterday (usually the one of the last stuff I do). Ingame maps need to be made. Then it is internal testing time (test that objectives, patrols, lighting work).

    So today I learned that if you hold the crouch button on a ladder/rope it causes the player to drop down from the current position saving yourself from hitting the jump key and hoping you land correctly. It might not sound like much but damn this is so great

    Dived in my Ulysses WIP after a longish break. Damn! After a break everything looked so much better than I remembered. Modular, of course, but not as fancy as Springheel's modules. The map state: basic geometry 100%, detailing 50%, Entitywork & objectives: 5%. The plot is fully fleshed out in my mind. I wish I had more free time....

    Ugh, I can't thank you enough for all these time-saving clutter models in 2.03. Stacking books manually is so 2.02.

      The reasons I listed were based on the hypothetical release, by a professional company, of a modern product that recreates Thief and includes a decent editor. There are no other games like that which I'm aware of.

      What exactly would keep TDM going if there were an official, high-quality modern alternative supported by an AAA budget with a good editor? We'd exist in the same way TDS FMs exist.

      I think it's naive to think that TDM would survive if there were a professional company making the same product, with an editor. We exist because we provide something you can't get anywhere else.
