What the F$#k happened to my last post?

I posted a thread that I put some effort into and it's not up....WHY!

It combined some theories of atomic, sub atomic and quantum ideas?

Most common cause is probably clicking the Preview button then thinking it's posted - I've done that quite a few times. I've been trying to develop the habit of ctrl A then ctrl C to copy the text to the clipboard before posting just in case but it's not infallible.

 

I frequently type into a plain text editor and save it locally then paste it into a forum editor if the text is substantial.

I've also lost posts because of Forum shenanigans. I do what Fidcal does if there's a lot to say: type it in a text editor, then post it. I've been burned too many times by a Forum glitch to do otherwise.

@ simplen00b I can suggest a few books if your interested. "A Brief History of Time" is a good start. and also by Stephen Hawking "God Created the Integers". Very hard to understand a lot of the complex math but still worth it's wait in gold.
