The 26th. November? Isn't that a Wednesday?

Yeah, briefly :) But 250 € for two flights plus cab is a tad expensive, and "in the middle of the week" is out of the question right away :)

Edit: Oh. Its only 91€ both ways - unless you bring a suitcase, which adds 50€ .. 100 € :o But it would start Tuesday evening and go back on Thursday morning. That means still 1 1/2 day holiday from work.

What about eurotunnel..?

Deutsche Bahn is unable to tell me what the price will be (Einmal mit Profis arbeiten...). I guess it will be a lot more expensive, using theThalis. But I have no idea, actually.

Edit. Thalys.com gives me a quote of about 360€ from Cologne <=> London. Plus the local railfare that would be near 400€

LOL, blimey they are on another bloody planet with those prices.

Did a quick google search and found Ryan Air €98 return, plus the train from the Airport at €30 you could sleep over in my spare room etc. Thats a good deal cheaper and quicker than going via Brussels.

Looking at booking using the Dutch National Railways, you shouldn't be paying more than 250 euros, and that's from Nijmegen all the way to London. 2nd class though, and you will be using regional trains to get to Calais or Cologne or wherever you should be going.

You can call me Phi, Numbers, Digits, Ratio, 16, 1618, or whatever really, as long as it's not Phil.

Tha train from the Airport is €30 now? Wow, it used to be 5 pound or so - well, ok, that was before the war :D

Yeah, Ryan Air plus train on your side plus train on my side amounts to about 150 € 200 € back-and-forth all in all. Not bad, but still quit heavy for a beer  In that case I'd rather have a long weekend to see a bit more of London.

I've updated the articles for your FMs and your author category at the wiki. Your newer nickname (DeTeEff) now comes first, and the one in parentheses is your older nickname (Fieldmedic). Just to avoid confusing people who played your FMs years ago and remember your older nickname. I've added a wiki article for your latest FM, Who Watches the Watcher?, as part of my current updating efforts. Unless I overlooked something, you have five different FMs so far.

I've finally managed to log in to The Dark Mod Wiki. I'm back in the saddle and before the holidays start in full, I'll be adding a few new FM articles and doing other updates. Written in Stone is already done.

I like the new frob highlight but it would nice if it was less "flickery" while moving over objects (especially barred metal doors).
