Wolfenstein: New order & Old blood

Just grabbed a copy of these on the cheap, which one should I play first..?

Way I understand it the stories are completely not related between the game and the dlc. So either is fine. I have New Order, haven't completed it, I didn't really get into it.

 

Some others were posting about on another thread. They'd be more helpful, but from what I read the general consensus was Old Blood is superior.

I read today thats the ending of one alludes the begining of the other, but if O.B. is better and I have both then I should start with N.O.

Old Blood plays before New Order, but New Order was released first, so i think it's safe to assume that you won't get spoilered when you play NO first.

Well started on WNO and its not bad as brain dead shooters go, lots of cool envorioments, Ai to kill, things to collect and a reasonable storyline to nit it all together.

I hated the scripted start though

Having completed the first chapter I will now start again because I wasn't aware of the need to get all the collectibles and I missed a couple through not checking the map at the start

I hope it gets better though as at the moment it is like going back in history with all the enemies coming up to be shot (not quite as bad as Serious Sam though)

Completed on difficulty "Bring Em On"

The AI is useless and the ending was rather silly - even the boss fights were rather ridiculous

Will try again and this time on "Uber" difficulty

Yer, kill and AI and the other Ai dont react to the corpse.......

Completed initially as Fergus in "Bring Em On"and now as Wyatt in "Über" Difficulty with all the collectables and enigma codes

May replay as Fergus on Über as I don't fancy the unlocked extras

One thing which really annoys me is that at the start of each level you go back to zero armour and often without most of the weapons you have collected

Stealth is by far the easiest option for those parts where you can use it
