stgatilov Posted May 19, 2020 Report Posted May 19, 2020 Could you please run the game under GDB and generate core dump? According to this, you can do: gdb ./thedarkmod.x64 run generate-core-dump Then find the core dump file, upload it somewhere and share here. Quote

Perhaps, as root or using sudo, it might be an easy test to: cd /opt ln -s thedarkmod darkmod If that does the trick then doing 'mv /opt/thedarkmod /opt/darkmod' should be able to be done safely after first removing the symlinked directory with 'rm darkmod'. An other Arch user changed his timezone to solve the same symptoms, apoorv569. There is are AUR's for this game, but which do you installed? And is it possible in arch to download and run the original tdm updater and its binaries, instead of an aur? Hmm... that was a stupid bug in 2.07. If your timezone does not have DST, then it may be the cause. You can try to set system timezone to Tehran and try to run TDM. The instalation, updater & tdm binary works fine on that distro. Do we have to contact Diabonas, the maintainer of darkmod-bin, about this error? @stgatilov (contact info is in the aur) -edit- No, because the AUR just downloads the TDM binaries & data from official TDM mirrors.
