Looking for a Fan Mission [SPOILERS]

Hey there kids, so, I'm looking for a Fan Mission that I have played some time ago, I believe it was in 2018.
The author, might have been one of our veteran members, like Goldwell or Sotha, but even if I might know the Author, I didn't seem to find it.

The best detail I can give though is a spoiler, here:

I remember there was some kind of "Butcher" in one of the apartments, he's a night walker, balding with a beard. He had this chest, when you lockpick it, it opens up to 5 skulls and a note reading that he is going to kill you or some such. Then he gets alarmed and goes after you.

Could someone help me find this mission?

Alright, I might as well reuse this thread.

I am looking for another fan mission, this one was relatively simple; I got a contract from a rich noble to rob from him, so I can show him my skill.
I think a first-timer made it, but it had high-quality animated intro with voice acting. Trying to find it but I can't, which could it be?

Hello fellow taffers, yet again I will reuse this thread.

I am now looking for a fan mission where...I remember starting in a basement, then I had to go up to a richman's house or so.
The basement itself was the best part, because it was actually the house of an inventor perhaps? He had the "Cyborg Servants" a la Thief 2.

I believe the mission is old, about 6 years old now perhaps. Anyone remember it? It might be that Goldwell or Amadeus made it,

Again, the most obvious thing I remember is the "Cyborg Servant", quite unused in TDM.

Yeah, that's it, didn't know it was part of Ulysses, ironically I was thinking of replaying it today at night.
