A user under the name Challenge Shinobi reported this bug.

Video description: 

There's a chance that killing a haunt (and some other enemies, like robo guards), with a fire arrow, will crash the game.  The third haunt crashes the game.  If you spawn a bunch of fire arrows and hunt haunts, you will probably have this happen to you eventually, so it's not too difficult to replicate.

Thanks for the video and problem description.
We would like to know the mission name, see the location where this happens and the crash log
(Or we recreate them ourselfs)

For the position coordinates,

  1. go to a location near the zombies.
  2. save the mission,
  3. then open the console and enter the commands:
    getviewpos
    condump mylocation.txt
  4. Close TDM.
  5. Open the file mylocation.txt in the darkmod folder and give us the location.

For the crash log.

  1. Open darkmod.cfg in a text editor.
  2. Change the value of "seta logfile" to 2.
  3. and save the file.
  4. After this, start tdm, load the save file of the mission, play that mission until it crashes.
  5. there will be a file qconsole.log created in the fm folder.
  6. We need the content to analyse the problem.

in which FM does this bug occur? it's rather bizzare

Alongside zero info about the FM in which this bug occurs, or whether or not it can be reproduced, and what steps it takes to reproduce it, of course.

I've asked Challenge Shinobi, and the FM used in the video is Alberic's Curse, due to there being a lot of haunts in the FM. The crash, according to them, has also occured in other FMs

      Things have been so bad these days for me...
      Just a year ago, I've been feeling dizzy, I thought it was nothing, today's stress, that type of thing, went to sleep...Still dizzy! 9 more days dizzy, went to doctor (I would have gone on the first day if NOT for the long appointment time)
      Said it may be Neck Dizziness...I did exercises for 6 months, no changes.
      Went to a Physical Therapist, went to another, no changes.
      I've asked my doctor for a full check this time.
      I hated yesteryear so much due to personal reasons, this year might be the same.
      To be brutally honest, I'd rather have cancer or/and chronic pain than suffer dizziness any second longer, especially when nothing helps.
      Hard to enjoy Thief when you're dizzy so I was hoping this year, Winter will be best for me.

      Is there a script command to make a screenshot?
      I just though it could be interesting to be able to create a screenshot at a certain point in time. Then use that screenshot possibly in a debrief.
      I guess the second question is: Can you use a (in-game made) screenshot in a (debrief) gui?
