The Black Parade - cutscenes problem

Hello everyone,

I installed The Black Parade mod according to the instructions, but the cutscenes audio is lagging and not synchronized with the video. Is there any way to fix that? I have Thief Gold GoG version installed. The vanilla game cutscenes play fine though. Any help will be appreciated!

By the way, I can only recommend to patch your clean Thief Gold installation with TFix Lite instead of TFix. That way, you will avoid any potential issue with the mods you may or may not have enabled in the full TFix. Best for a fan mission install to use TFix Lite.

And, another by the way: You will have much better luck to find help with your problem on forums which are dedicated to Thief Gold. This forum is for the Dark Mod. Try https://www.ttlg.com/ , for example.

Thief 1 is not clean in the GOG release, they pre-installed TFix Lite 1.26 in their infinite wisdom...
If you don't want to search for the latest retail version or get the Steam one somehow (you know what I mean), use this first: https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/3529-thief-gold-unpatch-gog

Then install RoguePatcher instead: https://github.com/JarrodDoyle/rogue-patcher/releases

Maybe jakub came in here while TTLG was down.

I had no problem with my Black Parade install using GOG release and then full TFix (probably with not much enabled).

I tried to post on TTLG Forums first, but despite registering i am still unable to make new posts so i asked elsewhere.

Meanwhile I figured the problem by simply scaling down cutscenes resolution. My native screen resolution is 1280x800 and cutscenes in that format work well.

Sorry for any double posting or using wrong forums for posting my question. Thank you for all the replies and help so far.
