That's what I do not understand as well. Please check:

- HHTA: it includes "elemental_blue.pk4" (that was before it got added to the core). If you fly into the corridor with the "blue elemental power supply chamber" there you should see the (stationary) blue elemental.

-Black Mage: Includes STRUNK's "SpicesSkins.pk4".  In the kitchen in the basement, everything seems to look ok? (the spices can be seen on the wall on a shelf).

So, I found the mask in the church, but how do I reach it? I scaled up there (took awhile), but it won't frob.

oh yeah, the BJ killed someone, I did not mean to kill them, just knock'm out. Found the crypt key, but it don't open anything in the crypt, so now what?

Oh yeah, in the beginning the BJ keeps opening up irradically, probably a bug.

What mask in the church? Have you not found the secret cave?

KOing sleepers risks them flopping around all over the place and dying; this is not a map-specific bug, it affects all of TDM.

The crypt key opens the door leading down to the crypt, but it's pickable anyway.

I don't think @wesp5 is on Linux. I am and I did't have this issue. It's easy to just say it's a Linux issue and be done with it.

I'm on Windows 11, but I believe neither the crash on restart nor the NPCs dying in beds are mission specific here.

In any mission probably. Well, I think the underlying issue is something that happens in tdm by default, but you can make it so it doesn't appear. But it needs a bit more work.

Just tested version 1.1 . Cannot reproduce it, maybe it can still happen in very specific situations, but it was fixed in this mission.

Yeah, I lowered the bed, made it non-solid and then placed an NDS brush for the player interactions. I and the beta testers BJ'd the sleeping NPC they were knocked out every time.

Some advice for players, indipendant of the mission thier playing or the OS they are using. If your getting random crashes, just delete the darkmod.config file and restart the game.

@Bikerdude, thanks for an enjoyable mission. Your missions always give me ideas for my own (in this case, a couple of geometry/spatial ideas). Plus, the fact that you put it together quickly should shame me to getting back to my WIP.

Yesterday I wanted to play it again, but it was not possible in 2.14, since neither keyboard nor mouse worked in the actions. I managed to select Blackjack only using the inventory menu, but it was useless because the attack button didn't work.

This particular mission was to show off the modular church models, and I even created some new ones from them thats @AmadeusI need to create a tracker to get added to the mod.

But as has always been the case, everything I create is covered by CC0, but its nice to get a nod when something I created is used.

Which beta version are you running? In some previous versions there were curious side effects when using specific options for frobbing/opening.

Same issue also today in The Imperial Sword, there it works still in the beginning, but leaving the Tavern, numeric keys for weapon select and left mouse button for action not longer respond. I'll reset TDM again to 2.13, even when I cant play the new Mission for the moment, until the bug is fixed.

Does this happen if you delete your darkmod.cfg after upgrading to the latest beta? Are you using the newest version of this mission?

      Well, this is just sad...I was not able to play any Thief or TDM whatsoever, why? Too busy the past 2 months, this month I'm not as busy BUT it's also very heaty in my place.
      I can't play Thief when it's not at least 15c or lower, the game demands to be played when it's cold for...Well, may sound stupid but I'll just say it, for that "immersion".
      It's kinda like playing Quake during Summer, which unless it's the Summer Jam mod, I don't think it's as fun.
