What Dark mod FM is this screen shot from?
would like to play it.

Considering it's from articles which announced the release of TDM 2.09, it has to be an older mission. No idea though, maybe someone else knows.

I think it might be Coercion from @Sotha

In the scene the couple meet and have a little dance. Unfortunatelly the dance is partly broken. I was thinking of looking into the bug but never came to it.

I was wrong, the picture is even from older articles. I guess it originates from the official release announcement of TDM 2.03.
