Ok, let's get a list of everyone able and willing to do concept artwork. The amount of concept art needed will probably go down as time goes on, but there are still things I'd like to assign.

 

Here's who I have on the list so far:

Well, it has been a long time since I've picked up a pencil, but you've all inspired me to try. I've been working on a Shopkeeper concept that I would like to propose and if these early sketches are acceptable, consider me on the concept artist list.

I would really love to do such work, but I think it is better to concentrate on the coding for now. I hope you don't rectruit from the small numbers of coders that we have. :)

I can draw, but I'm a programmer, so that rules me out :)

If you want to do this of course I can't force any of you to stick to coding, but since we have currently only four coders, it would be great if we could focus on that. I think we have a larg chunk of work before us, and there are a lot more artists around it seems (at least from what I can see when the people apply for a job).

 

Considering how many are activley doing something it seems the number of working members is much lower. We have 55 registered users so far, but only a minority seems to reall work on stuff.

I already did that when I was looking for a volunteer on the lightgem code and got no response. Only the four people that are already active anyway.

 

Currently we have Oofnish, Domarius, Napalm and me doing code.

55 registered users!!! Whoa, I thought there was maybe a dozen of us. Where is everybody? :lol:

Just look at the bottom of the forum main screen. There is a simple statistic about this. I also wondered where they all are.

 

I'm not sure if registering is required to post in the public forum or not. THis could explain why we have a lot of registered users but not showing up in the devs sections.

 

Edit: My guess of active developers is about 15. Probably less.

Coolio! Looks like we have a number of artistes working for DarkMod :) Good job, guys. Speaking of guys, aren't we an equal opportunity employer? Where are the ladies???? LOL

 

PS, I just posted this on ISA's forum :) Just so you all know, I'm not really retarded or mentally challenged, I just want to see what he replies with ;)

      Things have been so bad these days for me...
      Just a year ago, I've been feeling dizzy, I thought it was nothing, today's stress, that type of thing, went to sleep...Still dizzy! 9 more days dizzy, went to doctor (I would have gone on the first day if NOT for the long appointment time)
      Said it may be Neck Dizziness...I did exercises for 6 months, no changes.
      Went to a Physical Therapist, went to another, no changes.
      I've asked my doctor for a full check this time.
      I hated yesteryear so much due to personal reasons, this year might be the same.
      To be brutally honest, I'd rather have cancer or/and chronic pain than suffer dizziness any second longer, especially when nothing helps.
      Hard to enjoy Thief when you're dizzy so I was hoping this year, Winter will be best for me.

      Is there a script command to make a screenshot?
      I just though it could be interesting to be able to create a screenshot at a certain point in time. Then use that screenshot possibly in a debrief.
      I guess the second question is: Can you use a (in-game made) screenshot in a (debrief) gui?
