I've seen in mentioned once in a different topic but theres appereantly no own topic for this and the news-site doesn't contain any information abput this.

 

As the topic sais, the wiki is down. I cant reach it, no matter how often I try. And nearly every single bit of information about TDM is to be found in the wiki, if I get that right.

 

So I just would like to know, if and when it will be up again.

If my English is bad I am very sorry. It's not my mother tongue.

Wouldn't it be a great idea to post that on the news-site or redirect the linkt to the wiki to some kind of message to prevent more questions?

It would be really sweet if the wiki was online again next holiday... I wanted to take a little peak at mapping in Dark Radiant on the quiet christmas days!! That's at least a way to get away of my relatives!! ;) So, is there a chance it will be online 'till then?

I have the database dump and will try to get a read-only copy getting online tomorrow. god_is_my_goldfish seems to have problems with the hoster and little time, so hopefully I can get it to work.

That's cool!! If G.I.M.G ( :laugh: ) has further problems with his host you could also just use one of the free wikis and upload the information there. But a read only version is of course enough for the moment...

I spent almost an entire afternoon to get mediawiki setup on my ubuntu system, but for some reason I cannot set/get/reset the mysql root password - and without mysql, no wiki :(

 

After that; talked to GIMG and he said he would work on it and get it done and also give me an account, but this never happened and then I lost track of the issue and spent time on holiday stuff :-/

 

I can see if I can get mediawiki to run on my laptop with more success, but it is also an ubuntu system. Can't get the wiki on my wiki at bloodgate.com because the DB there is not setup in the right way and I don't want to nuke my own wiki. :(

      Well, this is just sad...I was not able to play any Thief or TDM whatsoever, why? Too busy the past 2 months, this month I'm not as busy BUT it's also very heaty in my place.
      I can't play Thief when it's not at least 15c or lower, the game demands to be played when it's cold for...Well, may sound stupid but I'll just say it, for that "immersion".
      It's kinda like playing Quake during Summer, which unless it's the Summer Jam mod, I don't think it's as fun.
