I've never laughed so hard in my life

Heh, there is something you guys missed - that page linked to a DeviantArt gallery where someone was claiming that pic as their own work - it had a huge amount of comments gushing over it and him, and he'd even written up a fake FAQ saying how he'd created it.

The pic was taken down within the hour I was looking at it, and the message about it on the original pixeloo site has also been removed (crisis over I guess).

Here's the thief - he's got some sort of lame apology on his profile page there (at the time of writing) - he reckons he's not an arse, because he was just trying to be like all the other famous artists...

The funny part was, one of the comments on his stolen pic was "THIEF! THIEF! GUARDS, GET HIM!!" :)

God how stupid do you (no you, the thief!) have to be? He wrote:

Alright, look. > >"

Deleted, sorry, blah blah blah. . ."

I didn't crop the image, I'd found it on 4chan's /b/.

Saved the UNMARKED image from a 4chan thread and claimed ownership of it, as no one had indicated it was theirs. This was also, early on a Saturday, as I was unaware of the blogpost.

If I'd known someone was going to claim the image, I'd've not have posted it. But alot of people post things on /b/ and don't take credit under the whole anon thing. So I had no idea it was his, or anyone else's, nor did I crop it. I simply grabbed an image from 4chan and posted it.

I mean, if this was an employee of me, he'd be so fired....

All I have to say is ROFLx1 million. I have never, ever laugh so hard in my life

Good to know your sense of humour is as reasoned and measured as your gaming reviews.

Does anyone actually use the Normalise button in the Surface inspector? Even after looking at the code I'm not quite sure what it's for.

Turns out my 15th anniversary mission idea has already been done once or twice before! I've been beaten to the punch once again, but I suppose that's to be expected when there's over 170 FMs out there, eh? I'm not complaining though, I love learning new tricks and taking inspiration from past FMs. Best of luck on your own fan missions!

I wanna play Doom 3, but fhDoom has much better features than dhewm3, yet fhDoom is old, outdated and probably not supported. Damn!
Makes me think that TDM engine for Doom 3 itself would actually be perfect.

Maybe a bit of advice ? In the FM series I'm preparing, the two main characters have the given names Toby and Agnes (it's the protagonist and deuteragonist, respectively), I've been toying with the idea of giving them family names as well, since many of the FM series have named protagonists who have surnames. Toby's from a family who were usually farriers, though he eventually wound up working as a cobbler (this serves as a daylight "front" for his night time thieving). Would it make sense if the man's popularly accepted family name was Farrier ? It's an existing, though less common English surname, and it directly refers to the profession practiced by his relatives. Your suggestions ?

Looks like the "Reverse April Fools" releases were too well hidden. Darkfate still hasn't acknowledge all the new releases. Did you play any of the new April Fools missions?
