Bodies get displaced over time for no apparent reason.

Hi!

Just noticed a weird thing. I've been playing the No Honor Among Thieves fan mission, the first two missions so far, and in both of them, bodies of knocked out guards would change position after a while (after I moved away from the body and returned later). Say, I knocked out a guard and stuffed the body to the side of a corridor near the wall, when I returned after some time from another part of the level, the body was in the middle of the corridor. This has happened a few times, mostly with bodies placed near walls. I'm not sure if it's just this mission, or a general problem though (this is a the first FM I played recently).

Are there any other AI patrolling down there that might keep bumping the body as they pass?

There could also be a problem with knocked-out AI and interleaved thinking (or twitching of fingers/legs, we had this bug for a while and if the player is far away, it might bump them over a few m over time)

Yes, there are, but the bodies weren't in their direct route. There was enough distance. What Tels wrote sounds more possible to me.

Several people experienced this in Heart, though this is the first time I've heard of it happening in another mission. Was the body all twisted up in a weird way?

Finally got my PC back from the shop after my SSD got corrupted a week ago and damaged my motherboard. Scary stuff, but thank goodness it happened right after two months of FM development instead of wiping all my work before I could release it. New SSD, repaired Motherboard and BIOS, and we're ready to start working on my second FM with some added version control in the cloud just to be safe!

I've updated the articles for your FMs and your author category at the wiki. Your newer nickname (DeTeEff) now comes first, and the one in parentheses is your older nickname (Fieldmedic). Just to avoid confusing people who played your FMs years ago and remember your older nickname. I've added a wiki article for your latest FM, Who Watches the Watcher?, as part of my current updating efforts. Unless I overlooked something, you have five different FMs so far.

I've finally managed to log in to The Dark Mod Wiki. I'm back in the saddle and before the holidays start in full, I'll be adding a few new FM articles and doing other updates. Written in Stone is already done.
