. Very true! Did they did level editor for Deux HR?The title of this thread really ought to be something like "What effect will the absence of a level editor for T4 have on TDM?" since this is the most realistic option we're looking at, I think. We'll have this new slew of players and people interested in the gameplay... How many of them might get interested in playing TDM, and how many of them might get ambitions to make their own levels? And what are ways we might leverage that along with the fact that T4 will probably not have FMs, but people may be looking for something like that in wake of the game.

On a side of metal things - what if mappers could assemble pipings from prefabed segments, corners, valves and so on, steam effects here and there?

Started to add stone tile-textures, hope these will be useful
First of them, ornate floor, made out of two images, so no copyrights infringed

In this case the license covers the whole program, methinks, both software and art assets. So probably you cannot use 'em and share 'em unless you've paid a license.

Precisely. Remember that all TDM art assets are under CC-BY-SA-NC. If the speedtree license is incompatible with that, then it's a no.
can't find ant word of license about textures, only about SpeedTree itself http://www.speedtree..._Fact_Sheet.pdf
as far as TDM do not use models from Speedtree library, textures is ok ... or not?

Looks nice.
One note: It seems you've surrounded the scenery with brushes to seal it. Do you know the dmap argument noflood? It helps a lot while testing during the mapping process.

Got mtr and textures, they look allright in TDM

Two sets of Floor tiles+border
