    Geforce 7600 GS, 256 MB

    2 GB DDR2 RAM, Singlechannel

     

    The strange thing is that on my Pc I get most of the time only 60 (closed rooms), 30 or 20 fps (open rooms/outsides) fix, really rare if i get like 25 or 35 O.o

    Better set that lantern in the left to non-shadowcasting though. Looks weird!

     

    thanks, well outside areas are pretty hard to build so it may take a bit longer then living exp.^^ yeah i am still working on that light, is it best to set the whole lantern to noshadows and add a 4 fold light?

     

    edit: hmmm, maybe its a bit small too O.o

  3. I bumped off the second builder

    guarding the door to the main building next to some steps

    and tried to hide his corpse but unfortunately couldn't put him down. Anyone else had this problem or do I have to carry him around for the rest of the mission ! Unfortunately , I saved whilst carrying him which means I'll probably have to start again. I've tried all the usual keys to drop him but to no avail.

     

    It seems you will have to restart the map, this is a known bug http://forums.thedarkmod.com/topic/10446-cant-drop-shouldered-body-twice-now/

  4. It was a nice mission. I really liked the readables, well they did not tell much about anything else but what is happening in the mansion but i think thats ok too. I was short on 100 loot. Well the most things I dont like are already mentioned, only that the

    whole diningtable is lootable

    well.... its not quite my thing. :) The playing time was quite nice and i loved the mushrooms ^^ As you have seen on my map, I am quite picky with the textures and there are many not made fit. The most are not really bad but the lock texture on the cell door is really bad halfcut. One of the standing lamps was with the upper part inside of the wood of the window.

     

    Overall the map was good playable and had a nice feeling. Congratz on the first map!

  5. Wow, thank you! Its really awesome! Now this is my favorite fm out of all of them. The atmosphere, architecture, cool tiny details everywhere... And, well, i have to admit, this was the second time in tdm, when i got scared (this time without a reason :laugh: ). When i saw that the main secret room was empty i immediately panicked - i thought that it will be some kinda trap xD Despite the fact that everything was not as I expected, the finale was magnificent. And yeah. The basement - with all these generators it reminded me of Scratches. You should definitely put some creepy music in there :rolleyes: Thanks again, it was GREAT.

     

    Haha, that sounds like you had fun. Thanks for you feedback, the basement was planned to be the only way out, leading to the sewers and to a small piece of the city, where you have to find your house and there should be creepy music too. To bad outside areas are still to hard for me now, so i would have need like one month more to build that.

     

    btw, what is Scratches? Sounds like a horror-or splattermovie.
