This mission has a lot of good qualities which reminded me of good old fashioned thief missions:
- They way you had to enter
- The interieur (fountains, compartments etc..)
- The timing - Number of water arrows, when you get the blackjack....
- AFAIK the first frobable secret door book in a TDM mission.
Question:
Where is the delivery? I thought I'd find it in the secret chamber, but its empty

Very nice mission...I think it was the first time in TDM that you've started without a blackjack !
Small bug (!?!) I don't know if this is a design flaw or something like that just happens.
I think somehow the guard and the rat are both interfering with the doors and thus blocking it and baoth are stuck!

Nice & fun map. One strange thing occured though.
I tried to shoot the traitor/leader. Missed him, hit the chair or something.
He stood up, "Who's there?" and then he opened the chest beside the bed.
Why did he do that ?

UI, Gameplay & Music of the Secret of Monkey "Special Edition" are fine but I do not like the graphics, imho they are too cold, I like the washy warm 1990 optics :-) (Okay, I am playing with a filter to eliminate the worst pixeling)
Tales of Monkey is fine though

Looks quite nice. I've been replaying Secret of Monkey Island via ScummVM these last few days so this is exactly what I am in the mood for atm.
They overdid the pirates rack though

Apart from this being a very weird idea (search the board for "engine switch" if you want to know what i mean), you would never get a devkit from Nintendo to develop a free opensource game......plus the knee thing Baddcog mentioned

- Driver: Nvidia 191.07 WHQL
- AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Processor 4200+
Its playable, but I can only get a good framerate in 800x600 with AA Off.
As soon as its on, the FPS sometimes drops under 10.
Bloom is off, The Shaders setting barely has an effect on the FPS. I experienced this on all maps released so far.
This doesn't seem right, so if anyone has a tip.....

Another idea for the future which might come in handy when more missions are available, would be an optional more detailed mission overview like in DarkLoader/GarretLoader:
Columns for:
- Date (of the *.pk3 file)
- Last Played
- Finished (on easy/normal/expert)
- Version (if an author releases an update etc)
- Author
- Date (of the *.pk3 file)

A question out of curiosity: Why does my framerate take such a hit in the scene below.
This is with AA ON, AA OFF adds ~ 4 fps
At first I thought that it was caused by the shadows of the lamps, but with them off it is
only slightly better:

How do I get into weapon storage ? Where is the key ?

You can shoulder the bodies using the "Use" key after grabbing them.

I curse the minutes i spent trying to manoeuvre a body into the shadows !

Yup, the physics & object handling of TDM are a lot of fun

First of all, TDM superseded my expectations. Most Pros/Cons have already been mentioned, here is another one.
The behaviour of dragged bodies. You never see where you've grabbed the body and so it behaves somewhere between
realistic and just goofy. I've spent 5 Minuten trying to drag a body through a doorframe. It has not to be as simple
as the "flung-over-shoulder" method from Thief, but in my opinion a simple grab under the armpits would also do the job
I loved the fact that you can roate & turn objects you are holding !
