You mean the doorway is connected to the chapel instead of the lighthouse, right? You can get in by ropearrow and braking the window.

If not it would be nice to have an appearing "void" document/clue but can turn it readable with candle/torch heat!

You might try setting the CVars manually with the console (accessible via CTRL + ALT + ~). Those of interest would be...
And you can use the command vid_restart to apply the changes without restarting the game.
Yes, I'm perfect aware of that.....but i would know if "1366x768" choice is intentional or not!

As title says....WHY?
I discovered this little issue playing TDM with a 16:9 TV 1360x768.....can you fix it or is a doom3 engine related?

Aaagh! How could I be so stupid? There is an outrageous logic error that never occurred to me. I have to give a spoiler:
The Heart must NOT be destroyed until you have finished all your other objectives.
If you have then sorry, it may be that you will have to noclip to finish the mission. Nobody, including myself, ever did it that way before. I'll have to find a solution and do an update in the future.

A question: why have you put a wood block for rope near to the balcony? With it I climbed literally on roof.....but there's nothing but clipping problems to see walking over there! I jumped on the other building too:
