    Beauty.

I'm afraid I can't tell you much about communism, capitalism, or USSR because I didn't really live during USSR and was never interested in politics.
  2. To woah - do you know what the line #include <iostream> means? My Visual Studio 2003 doesn't seem to like it... I never wrote in C++, in C# only, but got along some C++ tutorials and wanted to look into it. It's a regular Hello World program. "but I formed it in a way that avoided wasting memory by averting storing every singal factor of each number. All I know is that it had a lot of 'if' statements..." - why are they stored in the first place? Aren't they supposed to be destroyed automaticly? I don't think C++ has a garbage collector, but there must be a function to tell the program not to store anything. I mean, the program calculates the factor, displays it, and shuts down, right?
  3. To make you happier, I don't know how to do even that...
  4. Well, what pisses me off, men like it when a woman wears outrageous clothes. I don't care why they like it from the normal side, but personaly, they should dissaprove of that.

Communism is much worse than capitalism, though there are problems in both.

    Svenskar?

You sounded like the decimal system is useless and is used today only because it's familiar - that's how I understand you...
  7. Where did you get that idea? But most of what you say makes sense. We really are spoiling more Earth than we need.
  8. Well, someone said something proper here... Only shouldn't men dissaprove such?
  9. Hrrrph... Funny you can discuss such things on this forum... You need a topic named Flood and Off-topic especially for dragging stuff in there...
  10. What is that??? Change the train, maybe?
  11. Well, there are two types of majorities, actually... The stupid one, and the one in control... The stupid one drinks, the one in control creates alcohol or prohibits it... IMHO, just something I thought up. To oDDity - well, not every human being. Every human being that has some brains. To Fingernail - who is to say? The majority in control. Those who pass laws. There were anti-alcohol laws before, but they failed because of the level of "society", and in the end, people had to resign them, though they still agreed alcohol is a bad thing.
  12. To sparhawk - Quote "I'm always here, like god." It seems you are always on the forum but never in this topic. You answered in the "Burricks" thread even though the offtopic in it is laughable compared to the offtopic here... This looks pretty strange to me, and rude too.
  13. Not me, though there are such people. My mom, for instance... I hate shops, actually.

We would have been very rich if our gran didn't insist that there was no inflation! Besides, she despised cigaretts. Nice my dad doesn't smoke anymore... Can you imagine that there are still people here who support communism? Sometimes while talking to completely regular people I discover that they liked the way it was... Can't get them. Well, to some point, it was easy to speculate in USSR. That's where we got all our money from. Our gran sold stuff in trains - it was illegal then. Well, because everybody stole something, USSR didn't survive. The good thing was that universities were free and stuff like that... Only anyone who got out of a university got a masters decree even though he didn't deserve it. The communist system works only if the society is ideal. But it isnt...
  15. Are they? To other burricks, maybe...

Yeah, that was a cool one too... I didn't live in communism much either - my parents told me all about it. Another inflation was after the Reconstruction - when all USSR more or less fell. Back then we put all our money into cigarettes, and after the Reconstruction we sold it, so we saved our money. Shame our grandmother didn't want to do something like that...

Well, if you are from CZ = Czech, it's no surprise, I'm not sure, but I think it was inside the Soviet Union. I first met the expression in a Russian movie, though... It's unfair overall - USSR was full of problems. Bureucracy was everywhere. Only this expression just means that "official" salaries were so low that it was almost impossible to live earning only one. The main source of money was not work at all.

Well, yeah, hinting will be the best word.
  19. I don't care for the topic because the great philosopher and programmer sparhawk is nowhere to be seen. So I could as well drop it. Besides, I was interested in the use of alcohol in regular way, and here we trailed off to some people being superiour to others, cocaine and drug disscussion, and halucinations...
  20. Why are we disscussing it in the Burricks area? Isn't the beauty are for that?
