-Windows 10 Pro -Intel Core i7-3770K -16GB 1866MHz Ram -Nvidia GTX770 -driver version 375.70 -low performance near lighting 30-40 fps, i've tried most of the performance tweaks, sometimes however for some reason the game manages to hold a steady 58-60fps in the same lighting-heavy areas.
