Don't you love it when hardware breaks the month after your warranty expires? A critical screw (to the backrest of a chair) literally snapped in half. I bet they do this on purpose...

Well it turned out alright actually. Even though the warranty was over, they gave me store credit for taking it in, which I used to get a (different) chair. That's the first screw I've ever had snap though. It seems weird that a metal screw can just break like that...
