Brand new POS TV randomly displays garbage and restarts while connected to VGA. How does this trash make it past QC? If it turns on, ship it!

  I forgot to mention it also starts playing static at FULL VOLUME when this happens, even if you had the volume down all the way. It has scared the crap out of me twice now!
