  1. You know, after reading, and reading your posts, you have no clue. People have tried to help you. Bent over back wards, you aren't listening to their suggestion, and answers. Why do you persist, why do you continue to be a total whanker and douche bag. Its all the games fault, thats all you say. You cannot always blame a GAME for problems YOU are having. If you cannot listen to what people are saying, stop posting, and don't play it, simple as that. Stop wasting peoples time when they are trying to help you when you obviously don't want it, and strictly blame the game. Go away. This is getting old.

  2. Not sure if this is a Vista or Mozilla issue. When I come to the forum. I get this link. I have to click on it twice for mozilla, its annoying as hell.

Even the *Use full editor* button doesn't work now. I cannot even edit in the screwed up link, the forum won't take it.

If you take away the space after the question mark, that is the full link I get with mozilla firefox. I couldn't post it otherwise.

  3. Congrats to the family! Hope all goes well in the future.

I tried the midwife thing, it didn't work, because I wasn't doing anything, the baby wasn't coming. I didn't progress, still didn't progress, she sent me home, we waited, and waited, even over night, I still wasn't progressing. My midwife, sent me to the hospital, glad she did.

They hooked me up to some monitors, they were going to induce labor, it didn't get that far, maybe 15 minutes after they hooked up the monitor, my daughters heart rate suddenly drop. If I would of waited a few more minutes at home, I would of lost my daughter. I did have to have a C-section, the cord was wrapped around her neck, and her shoulder, thats why she wasn't progressing. Things do happen, midwife and hospital, both are needed. I'm glad it worked out for you both. :-)

  4. Hah, those are good. Made me smile and laugh a bit.

OK, I finally found my CD with this mp3 on it. Here is a clear warning for what you may listen to, its crude, sorta like that AVI. But funny, just depends on your personal taste. Listen at your own risk, its funny, in its weird way. Some of you may of heard this, or maybe not. Its been floating around for years.

This is well put together, someone spent some time doing this. It was made a very long time ago, author is unknown. I got this from Sledge while chatting on IM one night while we were working on T2x. So, blame him!! :P:)

    Thief Conversation TTLG

  5. Oh you can't take that seriously, take it for what it is.

I got from Sledge/Raen over at TTLG YEARS ago, a wav that is similar to that, it was made a long time ago. Its been lost as to whom actually made it. Its hilarious, and not for everyone. Some people get so easily offended. Its the real life stuff you have to worry about in my book.

/me digs through stuff to find that wav.

  6. 'Can't help but agree with you, mike. I should mention that this is one of the reasons why I asked to become a programming contributor. These are all brilliant, mature guys (angua and brokenarts excepted) that stand out above the rest of tEh iNtErTuBeS.

Excuse me? You don't know me very well do you. Just call me a mature woman. :P;)

  7. Not when you put it like that. I don't think so anyway. There has to be a happy medium, coexist, it will be good for both forums.

They are both here, let it be, and both forums will continue to florish into the future. I do believe that.

  8. I still play Thief, so, the FM forums, Thief Gen, are the civilized places, and the editors guild. Don't diss the whole community because of comm chat, thats where the BS is, it can be brutal at times. Depends on your cup of tea, pick your battles. Sometimes its fun, and amusing too. I go in there, I pick and choose what I post to, and stay out of the BS. I know better.

~m2 hosts the server here, but, TTLG needs more overall. ~m2 probably couldn't handle the amount TTLG really needs. Its also The circle as well, not just TTLG.

  9. Thievery is the only multi-player that gave me such an adrenaline rush, my hands would shake after a good game. Leatherman and I ran a server for a couple of years, man the fun we had. No other multi-player game can give me that rush like Thievery can. I pushed myself to get good at it. I was happiest playing a Thief, not too many women would play a Thief. In its hay day, it was awesome, with lots of players.

People still do play, just not many anymore, its hit and miss. It does have a steep learning curve, mastering the techniques took time, but, once you did, it was SOO worth it. The AI in thief, hate to say it, can be boring at times. Very predicatble, there was something about playing against a human guard, can you out do them? Sometimes, I failed, sometimes I won. I can black jack the Thief AI with my eyes closed. Playing against real human guards, is challenging, and rewarding.

Thievery did have some large maps, Breandor, and another one, I have to look up, I'm at work right now, it was so huge, you needed co-op just to play it. It was TOO big.
