  1. Is there a way to use the coordinates to find the offending entity 0 or brushes? Found the problem and fixed thanks for the help guy's.
  2. There is nowhere to type the search. I did find and delete the Func_static_437 model and still got the problem. I done a dump and this looks wrong.   3. I deleted the grammo3 model but still getting the error. Thinking It was some where I looked for it in the entity list but nada. I then tried to create all 437 func_statics I could think of and then delete them. Where would the model be in the entity list? Is the coma ' in the error message after 437 something I put there?
  4. I'm getting an error after messing around with a model not sure how to fix it.Getting this message when I map the mission. Any ideas?
  5. Thanks Sotha, I messed up and now when I open my map all almost all the faces have shader not found on them? Man I f@#d up. What to do? Should I just start texturing everything again. Got it fs_game was pointing to the wrong folder

  7. @ Ladro @ stumpy Biker dude was kind enough to add the fixed model to the .pk4 and upload it to the Darkmod FM list @ http://www.thedarkmod.com/ Try that and let us know if it's still crashing on you.

  10. Just covering all bases making sure I don't step on any toes. Plus there is no way I could fix em. When you finish the model repair and add it to solar escape1 let me know where\when so I can download it. On another matter.. how hard is it to have the player teleport to another map region? any tuts online?
  11. So did I Lux, When I replaced the 02 & 04 models everything ran fine so I assumed the issue was with them 2 models only but it seems I was mistaken. It makes scents that the 01 model would be effected too I suppose just didn't occur to me I still have had no crashes running it since including the models Bikerdude allowed me to include on Win 64bit.

I have been talking with bikerdude who is working on the: models/darkmod/architecture/fencing/fence_spike_01_tall_1_segments.ase models/darkmod/architecture/fencing/fence_spike_01_tall.ase He fixed the others included in the .pk4 and he is still working on the 01 fences. When done he said he would intergrate that into the mission then up load it. I can suggest removing the offending fence models I think there are 3-4 at the ends of the longer fences on the patio and the garden wall. They are just the single one post spike fence.
  13. Thanks Bikerdude, No worries mate when you get to it, hey. I've been working on my new map It`ll be a squeal to my beginner mission and at the moment is proving a time consuming experience, I haven't got to the frustrating bit yet Posting for beta tests. I give it 2-3 weeks if all goes to plan.

  16. @ Bikerdude I was wondering if it's worth putting on the main missions wiki list and where it should be hosted if so. I haven't got a mediafire or megaupload account or anything but I suppose I could create one if needed. Any suggestions. You said in your post above that you could upload and do the honors on the main mission page when you get home. That would be great but what would you do, I mean should I have done something on the wiki missions list or something? Are the .pk4 files hosted there or at the Dark Mod site? Please feel free to ignore the questions if they seem a little tedious for you as I imagine they would
  17. Thanks Moonbo I agree with you the sound problem is an issue but as greyman mentioned in his post above it maybe fixed or better supported in v2.0. I may wait till it's release to fix the map with it and it's resources.

  19. Thanks Sir Taffsalot ah Monday, Monday hey:) With regard to the ambient music your right it is very quiet I got ambient's in there but they don't seem to be loud or ranged enough. I might see if I can adjust the sound entities for a more ranged effect.
