gave this one a try (still running on R9 270X dualX) and no big improvements detected.. it was round 40 fps as it is now with new driver installed

with the new driver there is an actual 3-4 fps decrease on my machine (from 43 to around 40).. and with nbohr1more's darkathena.exe tweak it gets back to around 42-43 fps..

oh yes sorry I'm on 1920x1080..
