New script to update wiki article

Got feed up with always manually editing the What's New pages on the wiki, so I wrote this script:

 

http://www.bloodgate.com/mirrors/tdm/pub/scripts/filter_bugs.pl

 

It is also in SVN, you can run it like so:

 

perl devel/filter_bugs.pl [NR_OF_CHANGELOG]

 

Substitue the number that you find in the link on the What's New page, the default is 52 8for v1.06)

 

If you are on Windos, use http://strawberryperl.com/

 

The output is:

Atm the wiki's captcha method seems to be broken (I do not see the recaptcha window at all), so I cannot edit the page myself.

I just added your changes.

 

I manually added tons of those updates to v1.03 through v1.05 so I know your frustration with the tedium :laugh:

 

I was nervous to add these latest changes as I didn't know if the Campaign Support resolution was going to be added after some announcement but folks can read Bugtracker so I guess it's no big deal... :unsure:

      Was checking out old translation packs and decided to fire up TDM 1.07. Rightful Property with sub-20 FPS areas yay! ( same areas run at 180FPS with cranked eye candy on 2.12 )

      i am so euphoric to see new FMs keep coming out and I am keen to try it out in my leisure time, then suddenly my PC is spouting a couple of S.M.A.R.T errors...
      tbf i cannot afford myself to miss my network emulator image file&progress, important ebooks, hyper-v checkpoint & hyper-v export and the precious thief & TDM gamesaves. Don't fall yourself into & lay your hands on crappy SSD
